Preliminary consultation
We assess the feasibility of your project and suggest any possible changes to make the most of the original shape and optimize moulding and packaging.
Product design
We develop the soap design using 3D modelling software so as to visualize the best final result right from the start.
Mould design
Once the product design has been developed, we design each individual component of the mould using 2D/3D mechanical design software.
Component production
Using the most appropriate materials, we produce each component in-house, in our high speed machining centres, followed by the finishing, assembly and testing stages.
After-sales support
